Needed to replace my 20 year old HON chair. Stumbled upon American Office Furniture through Google. Sandy was so helpful and patient with me, and did not seem put off that I was only there for a single chair. I was ready to settle for something different than what I really wanted (although it was a great used Herman Miller chair, she could tell I just was not 100% comfortable in it). Then she looked up my chair and got me the BEST price on the one I was looking for. New & assembled for less then anywhere else! Picked it up from their office 2 days later. Sitting happy at my desk again in my NEW HON 7803!!!!!! Prior to going there I had visited a few other places looking at other options (new and used) but since I was only buying a single chair the others really did not want to invest the time in me.
